Description
On arrival you must have: deposit $200 and $250 upfront rent for the first two weeks.
First payment to be done on the arrival day when you sign the lease agreement and enter the unit.
The rent amount of $200 must be paid every two weeks.
On August 16th your rent must be paid in FULL through the end of your stay/season.
The house is opened from May till 6th of October.
Security deposit is fully refundable at the end of season only after the lease agreement ends.
