Our brand new beach house is quiet, comfortable and roomy enough in and out for great times and great memories. Our oversized lot allows for outdoor activity and plenty of parking space. The backyard is completely fenced in for ease in watching young children.

The house has 2 queen bedrooms upstairs that walk out sliders to the upstairs balcony. Each of these rooms have a television.

The 3rd upstairs room has 2 twin beds. It has no outside access or tv making this our “bunkie” or kiddie room.

The first 3 upstairs room share a walk in spa shower/bathroom. The master is independent of this.

The 4th room upstairs is the master. It has a spa onsuite a vaulted ceiling, TV and quiet environment.

The downstairs of the home has kitchen, dining, living room open concept. There is a “back” bedroom that uses the full

downstairs bathroom which also has a tub.

The front door leads out to a covered front porch. The side and back sliders take you the large deck and grill.

The AC is dual zone so upstairs and downstairs can set their own temperature.

We leave 6 beach badges and the gas grill for you to use. Children under 12 and seniors do not need beach badges.
